The Business Relationship Manager serves as a strategic technology partner to City departments, helping modernize City operations through thoughtful planning, strong relationships, and the effective use of technology, data, and process improvement.

Qualifying Requirements
- Two (2) years of full-time experience in account management, project management, and/or business analysis within an information technology (IT) environment.
- Direct working relationships with executives related to communications, project management, or other professional-level responsibilities in a large organization with multiple constituencies and shifting priorities (such as government, large non-profit, or business) is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Public Policy & Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- A Master's Degree preferred.
EQUIVALENCY
- Education/training and/or work experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis if the application clearly shows the required number of years to meet the Total Qualifying Requirement for this position based on the sum of work experience and education/training listed above.
- The Total Qualifying Requirement is six (6) years.
