Key Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders on the client side to position TCS' technology and digital capabilities as enablers of business transformation.
- Develop a deep understanding of business priorities, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Identify and shape opportunities, build pipeline, collaborate closely with TCS cross-functional solution teams and create compelling value propositions.
- Lead the development of business cases, investment justification and sales proposal for identified initiatives.
- Drive revenue growth by pursuing new initiatives and strategic programs.
- Be accountable for quarterly revenue targets and ensure achievement through pipeline development and opportunities conversion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 18+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, or IT environments.
- Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and business relationships.
- Experience in sales, including working toward revenue targets, business planning, demand creation, and driving revenue growth with high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, customer experience technologies, and media ecosystems.
- Strong business development / relationship management and presales experience in Data, Analytics & AI, preferably with BSFI organizations.
- Presales or consulting experience with large transformation engagements in Digital, Risk, Finance, data, analytics & AI and Wealth Management.
- Experience in relationship building with senior executives.
