Position Summary
The Business Relationship Manager is part of a team who manages a portfolio of business clients. The team’s three primary objectives are:
- Provide exceptional customer service by helping identify a client’s needs and then matching them with products and services offered by Heritage Bank.
- Maintain a sound credit culture that consists of quality underwriting and ongoing monitoring of the portfolio.
- Grow our market share.
Core Responsibilities
- Develops and grows client relationships from within and outside existing customer base.
- Deskwork- preparing proposals, logging sales calls, tracking product pipeline, resolving customer issues, etc.
Community Involvement
- Participates in all required BSA training and demonstrates knowledge of BSA relative to job responsibilities.
- Responsible for security as it applies to this position.
Qualifications
- 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of one year of Business Banking experience.
- Previous credit experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- An annual salary range of $56,000 - $144,000, based on experience and is part of an incentive compensation plan (ICP).
