About the role
We’re looking for a Business Recruiter to own and drive hiring across our go-to-market, operations, finance, and corporate teams. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to deeply understand business role requirements, craft effective recruiting strategies, and ensure we attract and close world-class talent. You’ll directly shape how we build our teams and play a critical role in scaling the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for business roles—from sourcing through offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, design interview processes, and meet hiring goals.
- Source and engage top technical talent through targeted outreach, referrals, and creative strategies.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and thoughtful engagement at every stage.
- Maintain and share recruiting metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and leadership, serving as a consultative partner on technical talent trends and strategies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on business roles (e.g., go-to-market, operations, finance, or corporate functions).
- Proven ability to hire top technical talent in competitive markets.
- Advanced sourcing skills, including building pipelines of passive candidates.
- Familiarity with technical recruiting tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Experience recruiting in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment preferred.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Strong understanding of market trends and industry best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Passion for technology and a deep understanding of the tech industry.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
