About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to organizational leaders and employees by aligning human resources initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or related field required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of Human Resources experience required.
  • Experience in employee relations required.

Qualifications

  • Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, and related compliance requirements.
  • Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with leaders and employees at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated coaching, consulting, and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
