About the role
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to organizational leaders and employees by aligning human resources initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or related field required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of Human Resources experience required.
- Experience in employee relations required.
Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, and related compliance requirements.
- Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build effective relationships with leaders and employees at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated coaching, consulting, and influencing skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
