Basic Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience in aerospace/defense or complex program environments.
• 5+ years of people-management experience overseeing finance professionals.
• Prominent track record of financial stewardship for large defense program (> $500M).
• Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
• Management of multiple contracts/portfolios at the same time.

Job Description

You will be the Business Operations Sr Manager for the Finance & Business Operations team. Our team is responsible for driving financial and operational results for a major program or portfolio of programs, managing internal financial metrics and external performance reporting.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and execute financial plans that align with program objectives and drive cost-effective outcomes.
• Monitor internal financial metrics and produce external performance reports for senior leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify operational improvements and implement best-practice processes.
• Provide insight and guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and earned-value measurement.
• Lead performance reviews and communicate results to senior management.
