Business Management, Vice President - Private Bank Latin America Client Service
Job Responsibilities
- Advises the Latin America and GFG Client Service Head and leadership team in all aspects of the business: strategy, controls, people, and performance.
- Leads the development, implementation, and tracking of strategic objectives and key results across the region, ensuring alignment with priorities.
- Promotes the optimization of operating models, collaborating with cross-functional teams in Finance, Technology, Operations, Controls, Legal, Risk, Compliance, HR, and Audit.
- Oversees business change management, process improvement, and transformation initiatives, including digital platform enhancements, location strategy, and productivity optimization.
- Identifies, escalates, and mitigates business risks, ensuring robust governance and operational resiliency.
- Presents complex data and business narratives to senior leadership, providing clear insights and recommendations on financial and operational trends.
- Delivers executive management reporting, including presentations and value-added analysis, communications, and business reviews for senior stakeholders.
- Represents the business in internal and external working groups, ensuring effective communication and alignment across all levels of the organization, while maintaining business hygiene through compliance, training, access management, and resiliency planning.
- Works with counterparts in other regions on global initiatives and best practices.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
- 6+ years of relevant experience in the wealth management or asset management industry, or in a consulting, project management, or business management capacity.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment and dedication to their work.
- Possesses exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written. Capable of drafting clear, concise, and professional written documents, as well as communicating to varying seniority levels.
- Excellently manages a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively managing and prioritizing multiple competing tasks, including amidst high levels of pressure or deadlines.
- Brought a creative spark and a passion for innovation, consistently seeking new ways to enhance our business processes and how we serve our clients.
- Experienced in driving stakeholder agendas, delivering presentations to stakeholders and senior leaders, and articulating rationale in design decisions.
- Exhibits strong analytical, conceptual, and creative thinking skills, with the ability to develop business insights and hypotheses. Comfortable analyzing large data sets and driving conclusions to be presented to senior management.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is required.
- Demonstrates superior judgment and discretion when working with confidential and sensitive information.
