Responsibilities
- Manage and litigate a wide range of complex business disputes in state and federal courts
- Handle matters involving breach of contract, partnership/shareholder disputes, business torts, and fiduciary claims
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery, and participate in depositions and court proceedings
- Develop case strategies and work closely with clients to achieve favorable outcomes
- Collaborate with partners and team members across offices and practice groups
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar admission
- 3–7 years of experience in complex commercial or business litigation
- Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience handling discovery, motion practice, and court appearances
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Pay
$150,000 - $225,000 per year
