About the role

Litigation Attorney (Business Litigation) – Seattle, WA (Hybrid). Join a respected Washington law firm’s Business Litigation team, handling sophisticated commercial disputes with hands‑on experience, mentorship, and direct client contact.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda
• Manage written discovery and depositions
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Participate in hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Assist with trial preparation and trial proceedings
• Work directly with clients to develop legal strategies and achieve business objectives
• Collaborate with experienced litigators on sophisticated disputes

Requirements

Required qualifications

• Active Washington State Bar membership
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong client service orientation

Preferred qualifications

• Experience handling commercial or business litigation matters
• Exposure to all phases of litigation from case inception through trial
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in business development and client relationships

Pay

$125,000 - $180,000 + Bonus
