Practice Areas

This position offers exposure to a diverse litigation practice, consisting of approximately:

• Business Litigation (1/3)
• Employment Litigation (1/3)
• Probate Litigation (1/3)

Responsibilities

• Handle discovery, motions, depositions, and case management
• Apply strong background in California Civil Procedure
• Demonstrate excellent analytical, writing, and advocacy skills
• Collaborate with team members in a low-ego, supportive environment

Requirements

• 3-6 years of civil litigation experience
• Active membership in the California Bar

Preferred Experience

• Business litigation
• Employment litigation
• Complex civil litigation

Compensation

Base Salary: $150,000 - $200,000

Bonus Structure:

• Annual billable requirement: 1,850 hours
• Associates receive 50% of billable collections above the annual threshold
• Additional bonus opportunities tied to productivity
