Responsibilities
- Handle discovery, motions, depositions, and case management
- Apply strong background in California Civil Procedure
- Demonstrate excellent analytical, writing, and advocacy skills
- Collaborate with team members in a low-ego, supportive environment
Requirements
- 3-6 years of civil litigation experience
- Active membership in the California Bar

Compensation
Base Salary: $150,000 - $200,000
Bonus Structure:
- Annual billable requirement: 1,850 hours
- Associates receive 50% of billable collections above the annual threshold
- Additional bonus opportunities tied to productivity

Schedule
Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days remote
