About the role

The Business License Specialist is responsible for managing business licenses, permits, and regulatory compliance requirements. This role ensures timely renewals, maintains accurate records, and supports licensing activities across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Process business license applications, renewals, and related documentation.
• Track and manage permits, licenses, and compliance deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records and licensing databases.
• Research regulatory requirements and resolve licensing issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Support audits and provide documentation as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with business licensing, permitting, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint.
• Experience with License Pro or other licensing management systems preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong data entry, recordkeeping, and research abilities.

Pay

$26/hr. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
