Key job responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders: Gather requirements and deliver end-to-end BI solutions (dashboards, data models, reporting) that address key business needs.
- Build scalable data solutions: Design and maintain ETL pipelines and data models using SQL and scripting languages to integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., Redshift, Oracle).
- Insights & decision support: Analyze performance trends, identify key drivers, and deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations to inform strategy and planning.
- Ensure data quality & rigor: Apply best practices in data integrity, validation, experiment design, and documentation to maintain a trusted data source.
- Innovate with data & AI: Evaluate and implement new data technologies and AI-driven approaches to automate insights and improve decision-making efficiency.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- 3+ years of developing automated reporting experience
- 3+ years of processing large, multi-dimensional datasets from multiple sources experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift
- Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
- Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab
