About the role
North Shore Masonry is hiring a Business Development Specialist to help drive sales, promote the company, and spearhead growth activities.
Responsibilities
- Build and inspire a team
- Oversee revenue generation for the entire sales team
- Closing business on company generated leads
- Generate self-generating business
- Generate referral business and positive company reviews
- Protect and build OUR Brand
Requirements
- Must have 2-4 years of sales and/or business development experience
- Proven gross sales exceeding $1M annually
- Highly organized; ability to maintain accurate notes, files, documents, and maintain a very busy calendar for 9 to 10 months out of the year
- Sales: 2 years (Required)
- Construction/Masonry: 2 years (Required)
- Sales Management: 2 years (Preferred)
Pay
$70k - $200k+ Commission only
