About the role

North Shore Masonry is hiring a Business Development Specialist to help drive sales, promote the company, and spearhead growth activities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and inspire a team
  • Oversee revenue generation for the entire sales team
  • Closing business on company generated leads
  • Generate self-generating business
  • Generate referral business and positive company reviews
  • Protect and build OUR Brand

Requirements

  • Must have 2-4 years of sales and/or business development experience
  • Proven gross sales exceeding $1M annually
  • Highly organized; ability to maintain accurate notes, files, documents, and maintain a very busy calendar for 9 to 10 months out of the year
  • Sales: 2 years (Required)
  • Construction/Masonry: 2 years (Required)
  • Sales Management: 2 years (Preferred)

Pay

$70k - $200k+ Commission only
