Business Development Senior Manager (Onsite)
About the role
Pratt & Whitney’s Commercial Engines organization is seeking a Business Development Manager to support the Connected Products (CP) and Engine Health Management (EHM) team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support business development initiatives aligned with the Enterprise and Connected Products strategy.
- Use operational data to help support, maintain and improve the product.
- Identify, evaluate, and execute new opportunities driven by internal requirements, customer needs, and competitive factors.
- Support enterprise initiatives that integrate engine performance data, predictive maintenance tools, and commercial service offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including CFTs, Engineering, Digital Technology, Engine Programs, and others to develop strategic plans and deliver program outcomes.
- Support Connected Products growth initiatives and collaboration opportunities across RTX.
- Develop business cases as applicable to support new initiatives.
- Up to 10% domestic and international travel may be required
- Lead cross-functional projects leveraging Connected Products and EHM Services capabilities to drive internal and external value aligned with enterprise and digital transformation goals.
- Partner with engineering, digital, aftermarket, and customer support teams to drive development and roll out of new features, analytics, and service offerings.
- Convert customer feedback and operational insights into roadmap improvements for Connected and digital Products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field with 10 years of experience; Or an advanced degree in the same fields with 7 years of experience in aerospace or a related industry.
- Prior experience supporting digital technology and/or connected products within Aerospace, automotive or other industrial industry.
- Experience in Program management and cross-functional teamwork and project management.
- Experience managing complex projects and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.

Pay
The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
