About the role
YES, LLC and Enetk, LLC have an opening for a self-starter to take charge of and manage business development and customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be motivated, energetic, and comfortable communicating with multiple types of people via phone, email, and in-person. In addition to managing existing sales and customers, the Business Development Representative will assist in some aspects of managing, facilitating communication, and balancing company versus customer needs with Field Personnel.
The Business Development Representative performs various administrative functions and customer service-related duties designed to maintain and enhance customer relations and will assist in representing the capabilities of the company through the selling, promotion, and management of services. This position will engage with field relationships within the company and customer, handle office-based reporting and planning, and play a key role in the development of the company’s course. The position also provides assistance at college recruiting events, trade shows, and customer-related events.

- Provide outstanding customer service and act as “client-care officer” through direct contact with new and existing customers and partners
- Develop sales plans and standard operating procedures to be used throughout the company
- Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve any issues that may arise post-sale
- Communicate sales orders, job creations, customer issues, and any other customer-related needs
- Act as internal project coordinator on customer jobs, as assigned
- Coordinate resolution of customer problems and complaints
- Build and maintain strong customer and employee relationships
- Assist Project Foremen with sales promotions, customer satisfaction surveys, sales calls, customer inquiries, and customer visits, as assigned
- Assist operations with the creation and generation of sales forecasts, plans, and reports; update and adjust frequently to supervisor
- Interact daily with customers and maintain detailed sales log information regarding interactions, key information, contacts, and possible solutions

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5 years of business sales or marketing experience or equivalent training
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass background screening process
