About the role

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in building the early stages of our sales pipeline by engaging prospective customers and identifying opportunities. You will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to support growth and deliver impactful solutions to nursing and healthcare education institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Generating a high volume of sales appointments via cold calling and emails, and managing prospecting timelines, deadlines, and follow-ups
  • Collaborating with our outside sales team to schedule webinar demonstrations of our technology
  • Presenting our technology and products to prospective universities
  • Creating and maintaining customer accounts in Salesforce to ensure accurate information

Requirements

  • Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex content to a range of audiences
  • Have a natural ability to build relationships with customers to understand future needs and requirements
  • Behave with great IT skills and the ability to learn new technology quickly
  • Be a motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a customer-focused approach
  • Enjoy being a good team player, enjoy collaborating and solving problems with others

Pay

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $36,700 - $61,300. Total Target Cash Range: $56,500 - $94,500. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
