Responsibilities
- Outbound Growth Focus: Strategically research, cold-call, and email enterprise prospects to secure initial platform demonstrations and fill the sales pipeline.
- Onboarding Execution: Act as a critical secondary resource for onboarding new enterprise accounts. Gather and validate customer intake criteria (product lists, branding preferences, approval rules, and voucher logic) to build accurate environments.
- Platform Maintenance: Support the integrity of sites by managing simple reporting requirements, resolving custom catalog configurations, and troubleshooting initial product information or pricing alignment during setup.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner seamlessly with territory Sales reps throughout both the initial pitch phase and the active implementation pipeline to provide transparent progress updates.
- Systems Expert: Maintain a vast working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, ERP software (Prophet 21), and proprietary platform management back-ends to properly document leads and configure accounts.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing outbound sales, business development, or technology platform sales support environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Background: Demonstrated experience using CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce) and interacting with ERP networks or technical workflows is a strong benefit.
Qualifications
- Industrial supply or B2B purchasing/order workflow experience is preferred but not required.
