About the role

We are seeking driven, curious individuals to join our team as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This role is open to those without traditional sales experience, providing structured training and real-world experience.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Learn how to communicate value—not just pitch
  • Book meetings for senior sales reps
  • Use tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and SalesLoft
  • Build confidence in conversations, objection handling, and problem-solving

Qualifications

  • Interest in starting a career in tech sales (SDR/BDR roles)
  • Comfort with cold calling and outbound outreach
  • Willingness and ability to learn common SDR tools such as CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot), sales engagement platforms (Outreach or Salesloft), prospecting tools (ZoomInfo), dialers, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience in a customer-facing role requiring strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional proficiency in English
