About the role

SV Academy is hiring Sales Development Representatives for a full-time position. This role includes free sales training, a 90-day paid residency at a partner company, and a clear path to a long-term sales role at one of our 400+ partner companies. Cohorts begin every week and are limited to 25 Residents.

Responsibilities

  • Live, instructor-led training on Zoom, Monday through Thursday, 6-9 pm (ET or PT)
  • Real sales work: outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn; qualifying inbound leads; scheduling discovery meetings for Account Executives
  • Daily coaching from an SV Academy mentor and from the partner's sales leadership
  • Transfer to the partner's payroll with full benefits starting the day you transfer

Requirements

  • Full-time availability during the 100-day program
  • Legal authorization to work in the country where this role is posted
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
  • Available for evening training sessions during the first 2 weeks
  • Located in or able to reliably commute to the partner site

  • No prior sales experience required
  • Competitive and motivated by clear goals
  • Comfortable on the phone, including cold calls
  • Coachable — you take feedback and act on it
  • Resilient — sales involves rejection, and you can keep going
  • Strong written and spoken communicators
