Business Development Representative (BDR)

About the role

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help build a strong sales pipeline for Account Executives in the fast-growing AI and technology space. This role focuses on qualifying inbound leads, proactive outbound prospecting, and engaging prospective customers in thoughtful conversations about generative AI and its business impact. The ideal candidate will have sales or business development experience, strong communication skills, technical curiosity, and an interest in AI, machine learning, and technology sales.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and identify high-potential sales opportunities.
• Prospect into high-value target accounts through outbound outreach.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline for Account Executives.
• Engage prospects in thoughtful conversations about generative AI and business applications.
• Research target accounts and identify relevant contacts and opportunities.
• Conduct effective outreach using sales development tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to support pipeline development.
• Clearly communicate customer needs, qualification details, and opportunity information.
• Continuously develop knowledge of AI, machine learning, and technology solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (formal degree required).
• Experience in Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), sales, sales internships, or non-technical sales.
• Experience with or strong interest in technology sales, AI, and machine learning.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Skills

• Technical knowledge of Python, SQL, and Linux.
• Strong communication, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
• Degree or academic background in Business Analytics preferred.
• Salesforce experience, particularly Sales Development Representative experience, is preferred.
