About the Role

You’re the engine of our US pipeline. Every conversation you start with a Head of Reward, CHRO, or VP Total Rewards moves a deal closer to revenue. That is the job, and it’s measurable from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Run 50+ cold calls a day and build outbound sequences that actually get replies
  • Engage senior HR and Finance leaders at companies between 1,000 and 50,000 employees
  • Qualify inbound demand from marketing, events, and pay equity regulation triggers (EU Pay Transparency Directive, US state laws)
  • Build pipeline alongside Account Executives working complex Fortune 500 deals
  • Experiment. Test new sequences, new tools, new angles. Every conversation you start moves us - and you - forward

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years in a sales, BDR, SDR, or customer-facing role (SaaS or B2B tech preferred, internships count)
  • Strong written English. Comfortable on the phone with senior leaders
  • Self-starter who treats their pipeline like a business, not a checklist
