Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Achieve Mortgage Loan Originator and branch recruiting objectives.
• Responsible for retail purchase loan origination strategy and production by leveraging referral relationships and creating brand awareness in the real estate community.
• Establish the vision and strategy to create brand awareness in the Origination and Realtor community.
• Establish and maintain relationships with real estate regional owners, broker owners, and high producing realtors.
• Provide leadership and direction consistent with the company's mission, vision and values.
• Articulate a full understanding of the platform and company culture.
