Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive business growth and meet revenue targets
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and community organizations
- Identify and establish new referral sources within the Treasure Coast healthcare market
- Build long-term partnerships with in-patient facilities, hospitals, and assisted living facilities
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless client experience and service delivery
- Actively promote home health services to target healthcare providers and referral sources
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline development, and referral tracking
- Represent the company at healthcare industry events and community networking opportunities
Required Experience/Skills
- Proven track record in sales and business development within the Home Health industry
- Established book of business in the In-Patient, Hospital, and Assisted Living Facility setting
- Existing relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals in the Treasure Coast market
- Previous experience working with home health agencies or healthcare service providers
- Experience in the Florida healthcare market
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and referral processes
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
