Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive business growth and meet revenue targets
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and community organizations
  • Identify and establish new referral sources within the Treasure Coast healthcare market
  • Build long-term partnerships with in-patient facilities, hospitals, and assisted living facilities
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless client experience and service delivery
  • Actively promote home health services to target healthcare providers and referral sources
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline development, and referral tracking
  • Represent the company at healthcare industry events and community networking opportunities

Required Experience/Skills

  • Proven track record in sales and business development within the Home Health industry
  • Established book of business in the In-Patient, Hospital, and Assisted Living Facility setting
  • Existing relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals in the Treasure Coast market
  • Previous experience working with home health agencies or healthcare service providers
  • Experience in the Florida healthcare market
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and referral processes
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools

Nice-to-Haves

  • Background in healthcare administration or clinical services
  • Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement processes
