About the role

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving direct sales growth and market expansion for Redexim’s natural and synthetic turf maintenance equipment across Georgia, Alabama, and Northern Florida. This role develops new business opportunities, strengthens end-user relationships, supports existing accounts, and serves as the primary sales contact within the territory.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve territory sales, revenue, and gross margin targets.
  • Maintain and grow existing partnerships while recruiting and onboarding new customers.
  • Generate new business through CRM lead management prospecting, networking, and product demonstrations.
  • Build relationships with golf courses, sports field managers, contractors, municipalities, schools, universities, and other turf maintenance customers.
  • Collaborate with customers to increase sales through training, product line reviews / demonstrations, annual reviews, and ongoing support.
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans and provide regular reports to management.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, quotations, and sales-related activities within the territory.
  • Conduct market research and provide competitive and customer feedback to support business strategy.
  • Utilize CRM and business systems to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
  • Manage travel, expenses, and territory operations efficiently while maintaining strong customer service and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of territory sales or business development, preferably in turf equipment.
  • Proven success in achieving sales goals and developing new business.
  • Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively (approximately 70%) and operate company vehicles, trailers and equipment.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Qualifications
