Responsibilities

• Coordinate conveyor belt/rubber product initiatives with various Service Centers and Regional Managers.
• Make rubber product/conveyor belt presentations to both internal associates and customers.
• Conduct training for both internal associates and customers.
• Make joint sales calls with the field sales staff.
• Assist in the development of rubber products/conveyor belt data collection, including interchange information, case histories, documented value-added benefits, and application data.
• Partner in setting—and meeting/exceeding—sales target goals and execution.
• Participate in installations and repairs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven technical lightweight conveyor belt sales and service experience OR belt service, fabrication, installation experience.
• Use of proper English grammar, written and verbal.
• Ability to read/understand technical drawings.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; able to pass background check and drug test.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Training or presentation experience (a plus).
• Listening, negotiating, and effective questioning skills.
• Ability and desire to quickly learn new processes and systems.
• Ability/desire to travel 1-3 nights/month.
