Position Overview

The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding market presence in the food supplement industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, preferably within the food supplement or related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
