About the role
The Business Development Manager will lead sales coverage and market/business development management services, focusing on the Aerospace market. Accountable for developing the market for Incora products and services within an assigned geographical territory, including traveling; collaborating with Inside/Outside Sales in support of building and maintaining sales; and incorporating Incora sales initiatives, policies, and programs in support of business plans and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop customer relationships through sales calls, maintaining a strong market intelligence, product knowledge, and awareness of local competitive conditions.
- Prospect, generate, evaluate, and develop qualified sales leads into strong and favorable customer relationships, by researching and presenting sales opportunities in line with the customer’s specific requirements and goals.
- Understand and incorporate Incora philosophy, values, visions, and Sales initiatives in all behaviors, practices, and decisions.
- Travel throughout the assigned region to call on existing and prospect customers to solicit opportunities for Incora chemical sales.

- Develop new customer relationships.
- Provides input and maintains the CRM database, whilst scoping potential opportunity of said prospect.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Direct experience in a chemical management services contract and service provision is an advantage.

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external customers.
- Strong competency working with integrated data systems, Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and intermediate to advanced Word and Excel (i.e., spreadsheets, formulas, importing and exporting of files, as applicable).
Requirements
- Solid Aerospace experience is essential.
- Knowledge of Aerospace chemicals and MRO market preferred.
- BA or BS degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business is preferred, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
- Current contacts and working relationships within the aerospace/industrial market.
- A strong team player with a history of personal self-development.
- Business acumen, along with Commercial awareness and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Proven sales experience which demonstrates pro-activity, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks well.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Strong follow-through and perseverance to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
