Your role
- Actively support and challenge the NAM Sales team to grow Eggs (and adjacent platforms such as Peptides / NEM where relevant).
- Personally lead selected strategic accounts, prospects, and white-space customers not currently covered due to size or segmentation constraints.
- Define and deploy account-level growth strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Support value-based selling, pricing logic, and deal structuring in complex customer negotiations.
Strategic Sales Enablement
- Translate the business strategy into clear sales narratives, value propositions, and priority targets.
- Adapt and localize VP, pitch decks, and sales tools to the specificities of the US market.
- Together with Product Manager train and upskill the NAM Sales team on Eggs & Nutrition solutions, applications, and competitive differentiation.
- Support product Manager to build and continuously update a robust competitive and market intelligence on Eggs, Nutrition, and adjacent ingredients in NAM.
- Identify emerging trends, customer needs, competitive moves, and pricing dynamics.
- Feed actionable insights into Sales, product manager, and leadership to steer portfolio and commercial priorities.
Portfolio & Market Fit Co-Ownership
- Work closely with Product Management and R&D to:
- o Define market-driven innovation and renovation priorities
- o Validate customer needs, applications, and willingness to pay
- o Accelerate time-to-market and adoption of new solutions
- Act as the voice of the US customer in portfolio and innovation discussions.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Operate in a strong matrix, influencing without direct authority.
- Coordinate Sales, PM, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, and Supply Chain around clear growth priorities(exports).
- Contribute to business reviews, pipeline reviews, and strategic planning exercises.
Requirements
- Masters degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Nutrition, Food Science, or related field.
- 7+ years in B2B business development, strategic sales, or commercial leadership, ideally in Nutritional ingredient, feed, Pet Food, Specialty ingredients.
- Proven track record of driving growth in competitive markets.
- Know feed company products and production techniques and their constraints.
- Strong exposure to US customers and NAM market dynamics.
- Fluent English mandatory.
- Willingness to travel across the NAM region.
