What You'll Do
We are seeking a dynamic self-starter who is a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence in the medical aesthetics sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify, target and convert new business opportunities in the medical aesthetics industry. Build and execute a robust pipeline strategy to drive consistent new business growth. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to maximize revenue growth and market expansion. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, medical professionals, and clinical skincare providers within the Medical Aesthetics space.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with key partners to enhance product/service visibility and accessibility. Deepen collaboration and partnerships with existing accounts to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution of sales strategies. Provide product knowledge and training to accounts to maximize their performance. Attend and aid in planning events to drive sell through. Attend local workshops, aesthetic conferences, and industry events to expand brand awareness. Field Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with the District Manager and Business Consultants in your assigned territory to drive growth. Co-develop and execute territory growth plans that align prospecting, conversion, and account expansion efforts. Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts in partnership with Business Consultants. Conduct regular joint field visits to accelerate pipeline conversion, strengthen relationships, and elevate brand presence.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation. Provide input on product positioning, pricing, and promotional activities in your market.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve products and service.
- Market Intelligence: Stay in touch with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential areas for business expansion.
What You'll Bring

- Proven track record of success in business development within the medical aesthetics industry
- Strong understanding of medical aesthetics products and services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- 50% travel required
- Clean driving record
