About the role
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Microsoft ecosystem. This role requires strong networking skills, a deep understanding of Microsoft products and services, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow Microsoft business within the assigned territory.
- Identify and qualify potential clients, conduct initial meetings, and develop sales strategies.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including proposal development and negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft partners and customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology industry.
- Proven track record of successful business development and client relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Microsoft products and services is required.
