About the role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Microsoft ecosystem. This role requires strong networking skills, a deep understanding of Microsoft products and services, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow Microsoft business within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients, conduct initial meetings, and develop sales strategies.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including proposal development and negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft partners and customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of successful business development and client relationship management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Microsoft products and services is required.

  • Self-starter with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
