Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to identify new client opportunities across engineering, IT, and telecom industries.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., hiring managers, procurement officers, HR leaders).
- Conduct outbound prospecting, networking, and client visits to present HEPCO’s staffing solutions.
- Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and manage the proposal process in collaboration with internal teams.
- Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote HEPCO’s brand and expand professional network.
- Track sales pipeline activity in CRM and provide regular performance updates to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the staffing industry (engineering, IT, or telecom sectors preferred).
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and developing new client accounts.
- Strong understanding of contract staffing models (temporary, temp-to-perm, and direct hire).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Job Diva, Salesforce, Bullhorn, or equivalent) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
