Responsibilities
- Defining, negotiating, and closing high-impact partnerships for Meta's Connected TV products
- Building publisher relationships and signing partnership deals for Connected TV ads
- Working closely with product and engineering teams to define priorities and identify key opportunities
- Quadranting external and internal cross-functional teams when integrating products or technologies with external partners
- Leading cross-functional teams to orchestrate and complete deals, including experience working with technical and legal teams to complete new agreements
- Advocating internally for partners and educating on industry trends
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in business development and strategic deals for Connected TV
- Demonstrated track record closing large, complex, multi-year agreements with executive counterparties at key publishers and adtech companies
- Experience in working closely with product and engineering teams to define new products
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to orchestrate and complete deals, including experience working with technical and legal teams to complete new agreements
- Experience developing and driving business strategies and initiatives with executive stakeholders
- Experience developing working relationships inside and outside an immediate team or partner organization
Qualifications
- Direct experience with the CTV advertising ecosystem
- Experience in developing and driving business strategies and initiatives with executive stakeholders
- Experience developing working relationships inside and outside an immediate team or partner organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Experience with global multi-market negotiations and partner governance
Pay
$162,000/year to $227,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
