Key job responsibilities
- Engage with strategic sellers, AB Account Reps, and AB Sales Leaders to execute deal-based negotiations for strategic selection.
- Engage with sellers to drive new feature adoption through data led insights and collect voice of seller feedback.
- Manage a strategic book of business and deals through ongoing engagement.
- Own strategic program as part of GTM.
- Manage projects in a timely fashion for multiple deliverables on competing timelines.
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
- Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
- Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
Pay
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
