Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to expand sales within Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs), foodservice, and food service department within retail partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase revenue and market penetration.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and potential growth areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at QSR chains, foodservice, and retail partners.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions.
- Lead customer negotiations, contract discussions, and pricing strategies to ensure profitable growth.
- Collaborate with R&D and Marketing teams to identify opportunities for new product development tailored to customer demand.
- Drive and manage the Hans Kissle Team to develop specific products for the food service segments.
- Drive go-to-market strategies for new product launches within assigned segments.
- Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders and fulfillment.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, Finance, Quality Assurance and operations to build out profitable on-going product line for food service channel.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and industry trends to optimize business strategies.
- Develop and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of business development or sales experience in CPG, fresh prepared foods, foodservice, or QSR industries.
- Proven track record of securing and growing accounts within QSRs, foodservice or retail.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, product development, and food safety regulations.
