About the role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our territory across Nebraska, Kansas, Western Missouri, and Oklahoma. This role offers the potential for unlimited income, autonomy, and significant customer impact.
Responsibilities
- Grow sales and revenue in your assigned region
- Prospect, qualify, and develop relationships with new and existing customers
- Maintain direct relationships with customers and provide prompt service
- Leverage relationships to assist with collections and repossessions
- Update and maintain CRM records
- Attend trade shows and other events as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment finance and leasing, or 5 years of sales experience
- Experience in the truck, trailer, or heavy equipment industry
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong MS Excel skills and proficiency with other Microsoft applications
- Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to the market
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Multi-tasking and customer service skills
- Conflict resolution and detail-oriented skills
- Emotional intelligence and quick thinking
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and good MVR
- Ability to pass a general abilities assessment, background check, physical, and drug screen

Pay
$85,000 to $150,000 annually
