About the role

As the company continues to expand across both UK and international markets, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join their growing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and initiatives.
- Research target markets and identify potential customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or telesales is desirable.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Experience using CRM systems is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
