About the role

We’re delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a thriving, privately owned business with a multi-million-pound turnover. As the company continues to expand across both UK and international markets, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join their growing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and initiatives.
  • Research target markets and identify potential customers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or telesales is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Experience using CRM systems is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
