About the role
This role is designed exclusively for GOLDEN UNICORNS — rare, proven business development professionals who bring an existing book of business and trusted enterprise-level relationships they can introduce to Mason from day one. This is not a training role. We're looking for seasoned professionals.
Responsibilities
- Respect and uphold the Mason culture — treating everyone within the Mason family with professionalism and respect, from the warehouse team to the ownership.
- Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with enterprise-level clients and strategic partners.
- Own and manage partnerships, prospects, and ongoing client relationships from introduction through execution.
- Collaborate with Mason leadership to negotiate and close business opportunities with a focus on long-term value and sustainable revenue.
- Partner closely with internal teams—including estimating, engineering, operations and project management—to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client outcomes.
- Learn and follow Mason’s internal processes, policies, and procedures, including effective use of CRM tools to manage opportunities and communication.
Qualifications

- Established enterprise-level client relationships with a demonstrable ability to introduce and grow new business with these relationships.
- Strong relations that may include end users, strategic partners, or other enterprise stakeholders.
Pay
$90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year + Uncapped Profit Based Commission
