Position Summary

In this position, you will be responsible for expanding sales and product penetration across retail and on-premise accounts within an assigned region, working closely with distribution partners to develop new business opportunities and strengthen brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • Sell products and expand the number of product lines in bars, restaurants, liquor stores, grocery stores, and convenience stores
  • Identify major accounts with limited market penetration and develop plans to establish new business
  • Improve merchandising conditions through displays, resets, and point-of-sale materials to increase brand visibility
  • Partner with distributors to ensure orders, deliveries, and sustainable business growth
  • Conduct staff education sessions, tastings, and promotional activities
  • Cook up events through distribution partners and food & beverage industry channels
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently within the territory
  • Able to lift and move product cases and perform frequent physical merchandising activities, including bending and standing

Employment Type

Full -time, exempt position (90-day probationary period)

Working Hours

40 hours per week (typically 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.)
