Overview
Responsible for growing the home care agency by building referral relationships, generating leads, and promoting services within the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, senior living facilities, and community partners
- Generate new client leads and maintain a strong referral pipeline
- Conduct outreach visits, presentations, and follow-ups
- Support intake team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Track outreach activity and report growth metrics
- Represent the agency at community events and networking opportunities
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in business development, sales, or marketing (healthcare/home care preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Knowledge of home care services is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
