Responsibilities
- Expand current opportunities and develop new business through active client engagement and strategic agent partnerships.
- Maintain up-to-date client profiles and actively manage client relationships.
- Present GLC Services as solutions to client supply chain needs, selling the full suite of offerings (International Forwarding, Customs Brokerage, Domestic Transit, Warehousing, Distribution, etc.).
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while engaging in the full sales cycle from initial contact to ongoing client management.
- Engage in the full sales cycle from Initial Contact, to Discovery, to RateSourcing/Quoting, to Systemic Set-Up, and ongoing follow up to develop a book of business.
- Work seamlessly with operations, pricing, and accounting teams to deliver seamless service to clients.
- Utilize HubSpot CRM effectively as a sales tool and stay abreast of industry changes/initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, demonstrating dedication to client development and revenue growth.
- Basic knowledge of Hubspot required.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
- Diligent, punctual, and highly organized with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
