About the role

A growing national professional services firm is seeking a polished, driven Business Development Executive to join its expanding sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building
  • Build strategic partnerships with CPA firms and other referral sources
  • Sell consultative tax incentive solutions, including: R&D Tax Credits, Cost Segregation Studies, Energy Incentives
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
  • Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings and presentations
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop customized client proposals
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and document activity in Salesforce
  • Stay engaged with prospects through consistent follow-up and relationship management
  • Represent the company at networking events and industry functions within your local market

Requirements

  • Experience selling R&D Tax Credit services is required
  • 2+ years of business development or consultative B2B sales experience
  • At least 1 year of Salesforce CRM experience
  • Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Self-starter who works well independently and within a collaborative team
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Pay

Base Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 + Uncapped Commission ($110K-$150K+ First-Year Potential)
