About the role
A growing national professional services firm is seeking a polished, driven Business Development Executive to join its expanding sales team.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building
- Build strategic partnerships with CPA firms and other referral sources
- Sell consultative tax incentive solutions, including: R&D Tax Credits, Cost Segregation Studies, Energy Incentives
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
- Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings and presentations
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop customized client proposals
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and document activity in Salesforce
- Stay engaged with prospects through consistent follow-up and relationship management
- Represent the company at networking events and industry functions within your local market
Requirements
- Experience selling R&D Tax Credit services is required
- 2+ years of business development or consultative B2B sales experience
- At least 1 year of Salesforce CRM experience
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-starter who works well independently and within a collaborative team
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills

Pay
Base Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 + Uncapped Commission ($110K-$150K+ First-Year Potential)
