What You'll Do
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across North America
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and hiring leaders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new client onboarding and early-stage engagement
- Partner closely with a team of recruiters to ensure timely, high-quality candidate delivery
- Oversee the full business development lifecycle from outreach to signed engagement
- Track pipeline activity, revenue progress, and conversion metrics
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and long-term partnership opportunities
- Maintain strong communication, follow-through, and executive-grade client interactions
- Met and exceed revenue targets tied to commission structure
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within staffing, recruiting, or talent advisory
- Strong understanding of North America hiring practices and delivery models
- Proven track record of generating new business and managing client relationships
- Experience partnering with recruiter teams to support candidate placement
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-presence skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset — motivated by performance and earnings
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) preferred
