About the role
The dynamic and strategic Business Development Director leads go-to-market initiatives across key growth areas, including Structural Heart, Artificial Intelligence (AI), hospital networks, and the expansion of our core Electrophysiology business. This leadership role involves close collaboration with the Chief Commercial Officer, serving as a key partner in driving commercial strategy and scaling high-impact business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, commercial strategy, or enterprise sales in a complex B2B environment.
- Demonstrated success driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and build trust at senior levels.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations.
Preferred
- Background in healthcare, life sciences, SaaS, or technology-enabled services.
- Experience supporting go-to-market strategies for innovative or emerging solutions.
- Familiarity with consultative selling models and long sales cycles.
Location and Travel Requirements
This is a fully remote position and may be performed anywhere within the United States of America. Occasional domestic and international travel may be required for company meetings, audits, etc.
