Essential Functions

  • Develops and executes strategies to secure new opportunities and prioritize leads.
  • Buils and maintains relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Supports business planning and market analysis.
  • Leads pursuit strategy and proposal efforts. Monitors and tracks opportunities in CRM system.
  • Prepares and coaches teams for presentations.
  • Represents company at industry events. Strengthens customer and community relationships.
  • Promotes culture and staff development. Captures feedback and tracks performance.

Education / Certifications

B.S. in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Minimum Requirements

  • 4–6 years related experience or 10+ years professional experience
  • Working knowledge of construction industry
  • Strong stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to make decisions under deadlines

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience leading pursuits
  • Understanding of delivery methods
  • Involvement in industry organizations
  • Network of clients (Public and private within the greater Austin area)

Work Conditions
