Essential Functions
- Develops and executes strategies to secure new opportunities and prioritize leads.
- Buils and maintains relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Supports business planning and market analysis.
- Leads pursuit strategy and proposal efforts. Monitors and tracks opportunities in CRM system.
- Prepares and coaches teams for presentations.
- Represents company at industry events. Strengthens customer and community relationships.
- Promotes culture and staff development. Captures feedback and tracks performance.
Education / Certifications
B.S. in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–6 years related experience or 10+ years professional experience
- Working knowledge of construction industry
- Strong stakeholder relationships
- Ability to make decisions under deadlines
Preferred Requirements
- Experience leading pursuits
- Understanding of delivery methods
- Involvement in industry organizations
- Network of clients (Public and private within the greater Austin area)
