Business Development - Compliance Solutions
About the role
Ready to control your financial future while achieving the work-life balance you’ve been searching for? As a Lead Development Representative, you will work independently and collaboratively as part of various teams within your assigned territory to uncover untapped potential by nurturing marketing leads from a variety of sources (event follow-ups, ADP Website visits, webinars, etc.) and advancing them into sales opportunities.
Every day, you will cultivate relationships, set appointments, and assess prospect needs to present the best ADP solutions. As part of the broader ADP Digital Sales Team, you will use the latest digital technology to conduct your work. Integrity, resilience, positivity, and a "refuse to lose" attitude are must-haves in this role. Challenges should ignite your determination and invigorate you to thrive.
In return, you'll earn commissions, qualify for incentive trips, and have opportunities to advance your career in a fun and friendly environment while gaining credibility as part of an industry-leading sales team in a stable and highly respected tech company.
