What You’ll Do
- Act as a hunter by aggressively identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities in the commercial landscaping market
- Conduct cold calls, site visits, and attend networking events to build a pipeline of qualified leads
- Build strong relationships with property managers, HOAs, commercial property owners, and decision-makers
- Develop and present custom maintenance solutions and proposals
- Collaborate with operations and estimating teams on pricing and service planning
- Track all activity in CRM software and submit weekly progress reports
- Ensure a smooth handoff to account management and field teams
What We’re Looking For
- Must-Have:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (landscaping, facilities, or service industry preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to pass background check and drug screening
- Nice-to-Have:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Work Environment
- This is a field-based sales position with frequent outdoor site visits
- Requires occasional walking, bending, or lifting up to 25 lbs
- Exposure to varying weather conditions
