Responsibilities
- Utilizing the Customer Relationship Management tool to manage incoming internet leads both Sales and Service, making sure that they are getting tended to
- Receiving inbound calls for Sales and Service related appointment creation
- Utilizing the Customer Relationship Management tool to make sure that our lease customers are getting contacted and followed up with
- Utilizing outbound manifest lists to create and generate new business
- Other duties as assigned by the Business Development Director or Lead
