Responsibilities

  • Utilizing the Customer Relationship Management tool to manage incoming internet leads both Sales and Service, making sure that they are getting tended to
  • Receiving inbound calls for Sales and Service related appointment creation
  • Utilizing the Customer Relationship Management tool to make sure that our lease customers are getting contacted and followed up with
  • Utilizing outbound manifest lists to create and generate new business
  • Other duties as assigned by the Business Development Director or Lead
