About the role

Drive the expansion of new markets and opportunities within Hilti. Develop senior relationships with key customer organizations to execute account strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of assigned large/complex accounts across key business segments through account standardization, project specification, sales development, and multi-level relationship management.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts of strategic, long-term importance to the organization, supporting their long-term strategy and ensuring year-over-year profit growth.
  • Proactively build and maintain the accounts project pipeline, collaborating with capture teams to focus on aligned projects and increase market share.
  • Maintain effective communication with the team and company, developing a local opportunity pipeline, and working with operational teams, designers, engineers, and project team members to ensure customer partnership success.
  • Work autonomously to create and manage personal plans and tasks to meet targets, influencing internal and external stakeholders, and managing complex system selling across C-suite customers.
  • Support the development of local sales development strategies (direct or indirect) through specifications, relationship building, and account strategy execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Sales, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Ten (10) years of sales experience or equivalent outside sales experience.
  • Leverage Lean Explorer certification, if applicable.
  • Show leadership experience or equivalent skills.
  • Have Professional Project Management certification, if applicable.

Qualifications
