We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must preserve all substantive info, no boilerplate. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions. We need to parse the posting. Key content: - Intro paragraph about Regions (mission) maybe not needed? It's generic but maybe considered boilerplate? It's about company culture. Might be considered not essential? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." The intro about Regions mission could be considered substantive? It's generic fluff but maybe still part of posting. However we might drop as it's not specific to role. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The intro about Regions mission is not exactly boilerplate but could be considered fluff. I'd keep a brief "About the role" maybe? Actually they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have an "About the role" section with description of role. We have "Job Description At Regions, the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Manager is responsible for the hands-on management of the Business Resiliency program. This position requires a proven subject matter expert with demonstrated competency in the planning, development, program execution, maintenance and testing of Enterprise Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Crisis/Incident Management programs. This position requires communication and coordination across the organization and must demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills." That's about the role. Then "Primary Responsibilities" list many bullet points (actually sentences separated by line breaks). We need to put them in
  • . Then "This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position is incentive eligible. This is a single incumbent position." That's maybe metadata; could be placed in a short

maybe under "About the role" or separate? Not a heading. Then "Requirements" with two alternatives: Bachelor's degree... or High School Diploma... etc. Also "Familiarity with Governance, Risk and Compliance as it applies to BCDR planning" and "Financial Services/Banking industry experience". Then "Preferences" list certifications, experience with BCP framework components, experience performing BC audits, experience managing and coordinating response to major event. Then "Skills And Competencies" list many bullet points. Then "Additional Responsibilities And Preferred Qualifications" with heading "Key Responsibilities" list bullet points. Then "Qualifications" list bullet points. Then "This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week. The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense. The locations available for this role are Birmingham, AL, Atlanta, GA, Nashville, TN, or Charlotte, NC. Regions will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position at this time. Applicants for this position must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis." That's schedule/location info. Could be under Schedule? The schedule: "Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week." That's schedule info. Also location details maybe not a heading but could be in a paragraph. Then "Position Type Full time". That's maybe schedule. Then "Compensation Details Pay ranges are job specific..." then "Minimum Job Range Target: $153,115.60 USD Median $203,690.00 USD". Also "Incentive Pay Plans" details. That's pay info. Then "Benefits Information" list benefits. Thus we need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly also "Preferences" could be part of Requirements or Qualifications? But we must follow headings list; we can include Preferences under Requirements or Qualifications? The instruction: use headings for those sections; we can include only those that have real content. We have content for all. We need to avoid duplication: there are overlapping sections: "Requirements" and "Qualifications" both appear. We'll keep both as separate sections if they have distinct content. The posting has "Requirements" (education/experience) and "Preferences" (certifications etc.) and then later "Additional Responsibilities And Preferred Qualifications" (key responsibilities) and "Qualifications" (10+ years experience etc.). There's some overlap but we must preserve all substantive info; we can combine similar content but not lose detail. However we must not invent or summarize away detail; we can keep them as separate sections but ensure not duplicate same sentences. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's structure:

    About the role

But the instruction only listed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It didn't list Preferences. However we could incorporate Preferences into Requirements or Qualifications. But we have a separate "Qualifications" section later. Might be better to treat Preferences as part of Qualifications? Actually there is a "Qualifications" section later with bullet points about 10+ years experience etc. That seems overlapping with Requirements. Might be duplicate. We need to preserve all substantive info; we could merge them but ensure not lose detail. Let's examine: Requirements section: education/experience alternatives, familiarity with GRC, financial services experience. Preferences section: certifications, BCP framework experience, BC audits, managing major event. Qualifications section (later): "10+ years of experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Operational Resilience, Risk Management, or related disciplines, including leadership of large-scale enterprise programs. Proven experience leading leaders and managing multiple resiliency functions in a complex enterprise environment. Strong executive communication, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership skills. Deep understanding of resilience frameworks, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices." That seems like a summary of qualifications, maybe overlapping with Requirements and Preferences. We could treat this as Qualifications section. Skills And Competencies section: list of skills. Thus we need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can incorporate Preferences into Requirements or Qualifications; but we must not lose that info. Let's merge Preferences into Qualifications (makes sense). Or we could add a separate "Preferences" heading but not in allowed list; instruction says use headings for those sections (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies those are the allowed headings; better to stick to them. So we should not create a Preferences heading. We'll incorporate its content into Requirements or Qualifications. Similarly, "Additional Responsibilities And Preferred Qualifications" with heading "Key Responsibilities" could go under Responsibilities (maybe as additional responsibilities). We'll merge those bullet points into Responsibilities section. Thus we need to gather all responsibility bullets from Primary Responsibilities and Key Responsibilities. Let's extract Primary Responsibilities list (
