About the Opportunity
The Business Analytics Manager is a key role within the Insights Center of Excellence, focusing on business intelligence, reporting, training, and adoption. This position supports decision-making by developing and maintaining reporting tools, ensuring data accuracy and governance, and collaborating across teams to meet business needs. The role contributes to strategic planning and drives data-informed insights that impact sales and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports for diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business teams to translate needs into actionable reporting.
- Utilize advanced Excel and PowerBI skills, including DAX, SQL, and PowerQuery.
- Lead training sessions to promote report adoption and understanding.
- Manage data governance and ensure accuracy and trust in reports.
- Monitor and resolve data issues, communicating updates to users.
- Work with IT to develop and enforce data governance policies.
- Communicate technical requirements and collaborate with third-party data vendors.
- Prepare and present sales-ready data aligned with business objectives.
- Assist in the development of the company’s Annual Operating Plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative or technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data reporting.
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and PowerBI.
- Knowledge of consumer-packaged goods data sources such as Circana, Nielsen, and VIP preferred.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and professional integrity.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Pay
Hiring salary range: $111,700 - $130,000. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, and other position-related factors.
